Cancellation Policy
Diana's cooking will refund your tuition in full for cancellations made up to 7 days before the class. No refunds or credits will be given for a cancellation made less than 7 days before the class. Cancellations, changes, schedule requests can be made online by emailing mytran3@gmail.com. When a class is canceled for any reason, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone and provide a credit for a future class or issue a full refund.
Classes of 10 are scheduled now for January 2011. Please contact Diana for more information.

Diana offers small private cooking classes in her home. Because of the limited class sizes, Diana can work closely with you as you learn to create wholesome, healthy, flavorful meals. All classes are hands-on and feature basic Asian techniques for preparation and cooking, and facts about nutrition and food safety
Discover the secrets of Asian cooking with hands-on or demonstration cooking class. Classes are small and intimate to ensure that you get the attention you need.
Hands-on Class
Our classes in the home of Diana's dining area and kitchen are all HANDS-ON style where students participate in making their own dinner! If you like to get your hands in the pot, these are the classes for you. Enjoy plenty of instruction and the fruits and vegetables of your labor, along with a lot of laughter and camaraderie.
Plan on two hours to learn, cook and dine. Wear comfortable clothes and closed toe flat shoes; bring an apron (if you own one) and be prepared to cook and EAT!
